Shipping within Malaysia
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the product, the shipping method selected, and the delivery address.
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the delivery address. Standard shipping typically takes 3-14 business days.
- Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak season and sales.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Shipping to other countries
- We currently only ship to Malaysia.

Shipping restrictions
- We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery
- Deliveries are made during regular business hours, Monday-Friday.
- If you are not home to receive your delivery, the shipping carrier may leave a notice at your door or return the package to the sender.
- You may be responsible for additional shipping charges if the package is returned to us.
